  1. Can't browse site by IP address that requires authentication. Page cannot be displayed.
  2. HTTP 413 Request Entity too Large - Can't upload large files using IIS6
  3. Access Denied error when running app on IIS 6 and IIS 5.1. Runs fine on Windows 2000.
